Given this information and continued trends, the committee has modified the existing RPI calculations to mirror those currently used by the Division I Mens Basketball Committee.

Thank you to the Softball team for taking the place of the cheerleaders during the game. The cheer team is now ranked 5th in the nation.

This week's NCAA RPI rankings are out. The Shocks moved from 83 to 67, Missouri State from 49 to 51 and Creighton, the only other Valley school less than 100, from 86 to 98. Even if we sweep this weekend's games, I suspect the quality of the opposition (Evansville - 288, Southern Illinois - 303 , ouch!!) will drop us back some.

The Women's Mid-Major Top 25 should be out later this evening.

Finally!! In the Womens' Mid-etc, the Shocks moved from RV to 23, and UNI and Missouri State dropped from 10 and 11 to 14 and 15, respectively.
