I see Houston's 3 matches at George Mason's Tournament this weekend have been cancelled.

Houston cancelled or postponed all of athletic events that were scheduled this weekend for all sports as a result of the Hurrcane Harvey disaster.

The University of Houston has cancelled or postponed all of its weekend athletics events in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey’s record flooding across southeast Texas. The storm, which had th…

Correct. I saw that and amended my post. Seems like the right thing to do.

South Florida sweeps Grambling State 12, 17 and 10. USF is now 2-4 on the season but those 2 wins over Arkansas-Pine Bluff and Grambling State aren't exactly RPI builders. Those team were ranked around 313 and 324, respectivley, in RPI last year.

              Tulsa sweeps SIU-Edwardsville 17, 19 and 19.

              UConn sweeps Hartford 13, 19 and 17.

Looks like UCF was swept by Miami (FL) but can't find the scores.

              Stephen F. Austin wins 3-1 over Tulane. 22-25, 25-18, 25-20 and 25-16

              ECU sweeps Bucknell 19, 19 and 13.

Tulsa wins in 4 sets over WSU (Wright State) 25-14, 25-20, 21-25 and 25-19

Virginia Tech sweeps SMU 23, 24 and 20.

Cincy fell to Western Michigan in 4 sets. 25-18, 22-25, 11-25 and 24-26.

Temple with an easy 15, 15 and 12 sweep of Albany.

The AAC goes 11-5 on the day. The Conference is 38-32 on the season but it is hard to argue that the SOS has been very good.

You just really have to feel for Cincy but even more so for their injured star Jordan Thompson. Life can seem cruel at times but at least Volleyball will provide Jordan with a good education that I am sure she will take advantage of.

Also according to Volleytalk: Katie Hegarty, SMU's go to hitter, out with a torn abdominal. Return date uncertain.

6-2 start to the day for the AAC. No really great wins. Creighton's loss to #17 Purdue hurts, but they'll get a shot at #7 Kansas in Lawrence tomorrow.

Looks to me like UCONN was swept by Villanova putting the Huskies at 5-3 on the season.
