I don't know much about the Pablo Rankings but I have a feeling they may not be all that kind to the AAC just based on my sense of the weak scheduling by the AAC overall. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with.

Surprised to see Cincinnati sweep USF in Tampa. SMU probably with the second most-impressive result.

        Memphis 1 @ UConn 3 - 17, 15, 25, 19
        Cincinnati 3 @ USF 0 - 22, 19, 17
        ECU 2 @ UCF 3 - 25, 12, 15, 25, 12
        Tulane 1 @ SMU 3 - 25, 21, 22, 18
        Houston 1 @ Tulsa 3 - 20, 25, 19, 13

        Georgetown 1 @ #15 Creighton 3
        Seton Hall 0 @ Marquette 3
        Lipscomb 2 @ Kennesaw St 3
        Morehead St 0 @ Belmont 3
        Wright St 2 @ IUPUI 3

While surprised at Lipscomb losing at Kennesaw State, the Owls aren't bad. They swept Clemson and Georgia, beat Illinois State 3-1 and took a set off #12 Kentucky.

Agree re: Cincy. Not that surprised with the SMU win. I think Tulane's 11-2 non-con record is mostly the by-product of a weak schedule.

Cincy is probably starting to get settled in without JT. That has to be a tough adjustment and if it took time to return to a competitive level, none of us should be terribly surprised.

I see Creighton is still operating without their All-American senior setter Lydia Dimke who sprained he ankle at very near the end of Creighton's loss to the Shocks.

If you will allow me for when the match-victor loses a set,
                      ECU 3 @ USF 1 - (18), 23, 23, 18

                      Also,

                      • Shocker opponent's results:

                        Saturday:
Belmont 3 vs Eastern Kentucky 2
                        Marquette 3 vs St. John's 0
                        Western Michigan 3 @ Miami (OH) 1
Duquesne 3 vs George Mason 1
Cal Poly 3 vs UC Riverside 0
Iowa State 3 vs Oklahoma 1

                        Sunday:
IUPUI 3 vs Northern Kentucky 1
Duquesne 3 vs George Washington 1
Creighton 3 vs Villanova 1 (Lydia Dimke back in Creighton's lineup)

8-1 for Shocker opponents (all home matches). That will work.

                          • I have to say I'm a little surprised with Houston's sweep of UConn.

Houston's win snapped a losing streak of 24 consecutive AAC matches.
