I see that Katy Dudinski started & played in all 3 sets as the 2nd MB & did well with 3 block assists while hitting 0.545 on 7 of 11 kill attempts. So, that gives WSU some more depth at the middle position. Lambo has always had good middles. I tend to think that Abbie Lehman may be the best ever for WSU at that position. Who else has ever made 1st team All-MVC and 1st team All-Regional as a frosh?

Dudz played well. She needs some reps to better grasp the game conditions but it was a nice start, no doubt. She played a bit against UH Saturday but didn't take a swing. Obviously UH is a different animal than Idaho.

I really wish they'd find a different locale. I am not a fan of Deano's at all. I've tried. Many times and I'm not picky but I just can't do it anymore.

What are the issues for you @WuDrWu? Food? Service? Environment?

Their food is standard bar food, which is fine, and about 90% is all deep fried, again, that's all fine. But it's bland, and way overpriced. I get that you're east Wichita and you're paying a premium for space, but the location isn't that good to justify the much higher, than what at least I'd expect, pricing.

Every time I've been there the service was lacking, severely, for a bar and restaurant. And I've been there at least 6-10 times. The environment is good but not special.

I don't know...I hate to complain honestly, especially for folks that support WSU. That's why I've gone there as much as I have. But to me at least, it's just not even close to being worth it.

Lehman put down 10 kills, hitting .562, and Mostrom 12 digs to finish as the tournament leader with 54 in the 25-16, 25-22, 25-18 sweep. The Shockers (2-1) outblocked the Vandals (0-3) 10-2 over the 74 minutes.

Idaho got nine kills from freshman DeVonne Ryter and 12 digs from senior libero Jenna Ellis. The Vandals did not win a set in the their three losses.
