Everything going UH's way. A no effort free ball crawls along the net, forces an overpass which Olivia Magill buries (as usual) for yet another point.
Looks bad right now for us. 13-7. Gotta fight and get better and not give up right now, no matter what happens. Plenty of things to learn still tonight.

Comments from the Wahine faithful from the Volleytalk board in the order they were posted:
this WSU team is scrappy, but aside from Lehman? they don't have any bangers.
Wichita State looked really good. Their offense looked really quick which made it really difficult for Hawaii to get a lot of blocks to slow their offense for the first 2 1/2 sets. As others have mentioned Lehman is just unbelievably good and she really hurt Hawaii when she was in the front row. Hawaii won all of their sets when she rotated to the back. They'll do fine in conference and might be able to surprise a couple of the other ranked teams they have on the schedule. If they continue to improve over the course of the season, they should definitely be an NCAA tournament team.
How is Wichita State not ranked? They're a solid all around team and so far their #22 looks to be the best middle in this tournament.

I hope this isn't a repeat by me, but someone (Hawaii fan) said Abbie Lehman was clearly the best middle in the tournament.
High praise considering their own Olivia Magill is an All American and is having a very good tournament.

Based on his pre-match comments it did not sound like Lambo was quite sure what to expect from his team today after a tough battle with Hawaii last night. I would think he had to be pleased with this start against Idaho, especially putting the pedal to the metal after falling behind 0-3 out of the gate.
