My prediction is Noel will climb to a top 10-15 player by the end of this Season. By the time he signs, we will have more posts here on SN then Programs recuiting him. So if THAT matters, we have a great shot. He would be an instant fan favorite here. What are the odds that Coach Marshall has met this young man by now? If we get an Official visit, let's get out the Cheese Johnson highlight Video's back in the Robert Elmore, Cal Bruton, and Bob Trogele days. Lot's of New York players as Shockers back then.

i hate to be negative, but I think it is time to move on about Chedda JR. As we have seen from HCGM, he can find the best from anywhere. IMO, one player does not build a program, can surely help, but is not the end all be all. I just think this kid will be snagged up by a Big Time East Coast school. If the kid was smart, he would at least come and talk to HCGM, and that alone would plant the seed.

He's been in Wichita at least once according to sources. And Marshall has talked with him. Last I'd heard, he hadn't eliminated us. We've never shown up on the Rivals list but that doesn't guarantee anything.

Can anybody give us an update on how Noel did? Just how awesome would he look in a Shocker uniform along with a buddy or 2? We have Twin Towers on the horizon--now we need a matching set of Bookends next year.

Here is the deal... This was a joke of a game. It was nothing but and 1 all the way. basically there were about 4 guys total that just hogged the ball and went head to head all night. Noel had 3 shots and made 2 of them for 4 pts that i saw. One made 5 ft floater and then a put back. Most the guys one the court never had a chance to do anything but watch the main four that hogged the ball and did their thing. One interesting thing to note though is that He was wearing black and yellow kicks. I personally am not going to read into that any further than it was to represent his dad. He looked good though the little time he saw. He might have been the most funamentally sound player on the court. I think he is the kind of kid that excels in an organized game. He has the athletic ability but I think he has been tought to play smart and under control. I'd take a kid like him over most the flashy guys i saw on the court tonight.
