  • Frank Martin begged.

    • He won't go to KSU. Still can't figure that one out... If he goes to KU I'll watch him some. Most in my family are KU fans. If he goes to Duke or Kentucky, the odds of me watching him are slim. I guess it would depend on who Duke was playing at the time. Same with Kentucky. I wouldn't force myself to watch any of those teams even if he were on it.

But I couldn't really fault him for choosing KU or Duke.

No, but publicly clearing the air by saying "Hey, I'm not as expensive as you might think, Miami!" certainly comes close.

But you are right. Martin is not a begger.

So why do you come to a WSU fan board and beg for attention here? Because douchebag?
The truth will set you free. But first, it will piss you off.

        • And then there is this that came out today:

"Wichita Heights senior forward Perry Ellis has decided to visit KU, Kentucky, Duke and Kansas State this summer and fall. Sources close to the family said Ellis, Rivals.com’s No. 19-rated recruit, has not eliminated Oklahoma and Wichita State."

Allerik Freeman, a 6-foot-4, 210-pound junior-to-be from Olympic High in Charlotte, N.C., on Monday received a scholarship offer from Kansas University.Freeman, who is rated No. 44 in the Class of 2013, tells jayhawkslant.

              • From the KC Star:
But on Monday, Joe Auer, Ellis’ coach at Wichita Heights, told The Star that Ellis’ list has not yet been officially trimmed. Auer said that probably will happen by the end of this week.

                • This is getting somewhat old.

Not to be a downer but honestly...how long does it take to make up one's mind on where to go play Div. 1 ball? I realize it's a big decision for a young guy but again...when a NBA paycheck is almost 100% guarenteed for this particular player...just sign somewhere already! Lol

I hope you're not surpised. This IS shockernet.

                          :D

EDIT: But lets not forget about DeAndre Daniels. He didn't have UCONN even on the radar, but he still went there. So Duke could still be in the running, as well as Oklahoma.
