Perry Ellis has named The University of Kansas, Kansas State University, Wichita State University and the University of Kentucky as the 4 schools he will consider scholarship offers from this fall.
Ellis has scheduled in-home visits with Kansas and Kansas State for September 9th.

He is. He received the email directly from Joe Auer. He wouldn't tweet information like that unless it was 100% factual.
Well, this is better news than we got before, but I'm not biting yet. Heck, even the Eagle reported that PE was not considering WSU so we'll see.
Also, I agree with the above that Duke isn't totally off the list yet. KU is the team to beat for his services.
Do you think Kentucky lets perspective scholarship athletes audit their athletic department before they sign an LOI? I know if I was considering playing basketball for Cal I'd want to know the following:
A: Will the inevitable sanctions be for the 12-13 season or 13-14 season?
B: Which school will Cal bail to when the sanctions come? Will I like the campus?
C: When the NCAA revokes our National Championship, do I still get to hang a banner and will I get to keep my ring?
