Both newcomers, along with CJ Keyser, SHOULD redshirt next season.
Next season's team will be vastly the same as this season's team (as far as major minute players are considered), barring someone exploding onto the scene or a untimely/unforseen injury occurs.
They should use that freebie season to bulk, grow, and learn; while preparing for the mass exodus in the Summer of 2018.The Assman

The one thing I wonder about is his mobility. A lot is asked of the Center in man to man defense against a ball screen offense. I haven't seen anything on video to tell me if he has the agility to hedge and recover well enough to stay on the floor. Time will tell I suppose. Its a good landing if you can walk away, its a great landing if the plane can be reused the next day.

Originally posted by Dan View PostIn a lot of circumstances, he would be a heavier contributor, maybe even a regular starter. He's got a couple other guys in his class that are going to take most of the minutes at his position and he may be relegated as a career backup, ala David Kyles."You Don't Have to Play a Perfect Game.
