  • I would love to see both Serrel and DeAntoni on the court at the same time. Length, explosive quickness, leaping abilities. Hard enough to cover one of those types of players, but imagine trying to defend two.

        • Interesting how little information we hear on Gordon, almost like he fell off the face of the earth

Or like he's a rising junior in high school 900 miles away who can't sign with anyone, WSU included, for over a year...

            • DeAntoni played on a 15U AAU team that made it to the E8 of the national championships. He also played on a 17U team that won a national AAU championship. There were some absolute studs on the 17U team.

                • Its not often you can get a star wars reference into a recruiting thread. Well done

                  • Lest we forget -- DeAntoni will be logging serious front court time with this class if he honors the verbal in 2019. That's a long, strong stable of talented underclassmen, y'all.
“The rebellion on the populist right against the results of the 2020 election was partly a cynical, knowing effort by political operators and their hype men in the media to steal an election or at least get rich trying. But it was also the tragic consequence of the informational malnourishment so badly afflicting the nation. ... Americans gorge themselves daily on empty informational calories, indulging their sugar fixes of self-affirming half-truths and even outright lies.'

We just as well speak of R. Brown as well regardless of whether he redshirts or not. These Shocker Coaches are doing overtime on their recruiting homework which begets su-weet results.

Because he committed early, but not to one of the blue bloods??

Absolutely, phlash -- the last thing WSU needs is for a Shocker commit to become known as a top 50 player a year before his signing day, because then there will be more prospective flippers swooping in than they know what to do with, and a long time to have to fend them off.

Actually, you can bet that Avery Johnson (for example) is already is well aware of Gordon. So now it's up to 3G and staff to keep him on the right path. Spending the season in the rankings, winning the American, and making a deep run in March (and maybe April, as the USA Today writer boldly predicted) might help accomplish that goal.

                              Good luck with that.
