"I not sure that I've ever been around a more competitive player or young man than Fred VanVleet. I like to win more than 99.9% of the people in this world, but he may top me." -- Gregg Marshall 12/23/13 :peaceful:

Remember when Nancy Pelosi said about Obamacare:
"We have to pass it, to find out what's in it".
A physician called into a radio show and said:
"That's the definition of a stool sample."

Welcome Mr. Reaves to Shocker basketball. Love the fact that he has been a consistent winner, improved his game as he has grown, can score, and his teammates and Mr. Marshall have said he can handle it. When I first watched the highlight video I questioned how athletic he was as a player. After other video showed some game footage and dunking action over people, that squelched that theory. Everyone loves finding a hidden Jewell and this could be the guy. High basketball IQ and has the ability to make teammates better.

Sorry if that is too optimistic."You Don't Have to Play a Perfect Game. Your Best is Good Enough."

I, too am looking forward to seeing Austin progress. Coach Marshall obviously believes in him, and a 6'5 point guard is an exciting possibility.
