I have thought we are becoming overstocked with wing players, as well. This suggests to me that GM has a lot of
confidence in Nurger's development as a post player and/or has his eye on a quality juco fo 2016/2017

It has been stated previously, and I believe it, that right now there are 5 scholarships available for next year. One for Frankamp, one for Allen, and three more. Priority is a point, a big, and a best available.

You might be right, and I'm certainly hopeful this is the case. And perhaps that's an underlying reason Humphries went to UK. No schollies for this year and a Big who has a year in the program who is healthy and beefed up thanks to KR.

I believe the coaching staff has always been high on Nurger. As for a big 2016 juco post over 6-7 or 6-8, I don't see much avilable. In 2017 our only seniors are both walk on players so expect a small or zero recruiting class.

2016 class may be a good time to get another transfer with the graduate clause, just so there is some semblance of a recruiting class for 2017. Or, maybe between this year and next, the current guys will show 3G that not much of a recruiting class will be necessary.

After FVV and Baker leave, I think we'll have 3 players capable of playing point guard, Frankamp, Taylor, and Shamet. I don't know if it will be PG by committee or if Marshall will go for one main PG like he did with FVV.

Someone always walks. There will be a recruiting class.

A close friend of mine has a class in which he was partnered with Ron Baker and a few other students for a group project. He told me that Dowtin joined Ron for class today as a part of his official visit. Said his family was there. Of course, my friend was focused on school, so he didn't bug Dowtin with questions or anything.

First thing I noticed about this young man from that YouTube video. He has that deceptive "wobble" much like FVV. Yes...."wobble". I realize most don't see true "athleticism from FVV...but many are oh soooo wrong. 2nd thing I noticed...he looks to be a fantastic no-look passer. On that note...he sees the floor like a general ala FVV. There are obvious "wobblers" and not so obvious "wobblers". FVV and this young fellow here have the latter. Taking defenders by surprise. Two-Star...my ass. I would really like to see this guy play for Gregg Marshall at Wichita St.

I'd take a verbal from this cat and Mitchell! Add Santos to the fray and bulk up Hamilton to play center. Game on!

Did Dowtin and C.J. Keyser play together on an AAU team at some point in the DC area?

                                No they didn't play together.
