Grady would be a senior. Humphries would be a freshman.

Humphries is a 2016 recruit. Doubtful he would reclassify to 2015 at this point. He will be a freshman in 2016.

Grady is a senior transfer that is immediately elidgible.

It is doubtful those two would see the court together at any point at WSU.

Grady yes, Humphries no. Grady is a graduate transfer from Cleveland State. Humphries is high school, class of 2016.

              • Now knowing these two players eligibility (Grady and Humphries)...that does make me wonder if Coach from his auction quote is alluding to bringing in the Senior transfer from Cleveland St. Grady and the more than likely one and done player Thon Maker. Both one year players (probably). Wasn't Thon considering "performing" in Lawerence for bill self??? Perhaps Thon has decided to go play with FVV, Baker and company realizing he has a much better chance to win a National Championship in Wichita than anywhere else.

Like others have said...I'd probably rather have the Freshmen Humphries...but in the final year of FVV, Baker, Wessell and company...snagging Thon (and Grady) would probably immediately put Wichita St. as a shoe-in for the Final Four and possibly National Championship title game from most national media.

                • Perry Ellis has to finish his capstone summer class before they can announce he's transferring to Wichita State.

Bolding this part to show how crazy that would have sounded 8 years ago. This ride is incredible.

THAT would blow the roof off this place.

It might even blow the rug off Self's head, but the jury is still out on exactly how much force that would require. Might not be do-able, scientifically.

Meanwhile, Maryland under Turgeon is getting love as a potential preseason top 5 team next season, too.

Now that we know exactly who's in and who's out of the NBA draft, it's time to take another spin through the Top 25 for next season. Surprise: Kentucky still tops the list.

If I recall Paul as a Sophomore I had the impression I could crawl the length of the floor faster than he could run it. Thankfully, he got faster with each succeeding year.

No, and he had the good sense not to try -- he was 0-6 on threes during his WSU career. I thought he tried more than that, but my memories of Garrett Stutz must have leaked over into my brain's Paul Miller compartment a bit.

Interesting quirk in his FG shooting numbers: Paul took 999 shots as a Shocker, of which he made 499. If he had found a way to squeeze off one more and made it, he'd have finished his career shooting exactly 50% from the field on 1000 shots.
