Nice. I'm starting to feel pretty ready for them to be good again. I used to hate them during the back to back days, but I miss fearing them. I'm always on a bit of a pendulum when it comes to my feeling of rivalry with MVC teams. I get pretty passionately "against" the other top dogs in the conference, but when each program inevitably regresses from a coaching change or graduating class, I quickly start to miss them. Bradley and SIU have been a LONG time coming, and I'm even starting to feel ready for the Bears (although they are the one I can hold onto my loving hatred a little longer). Right now, I feel like UNI is due.

Somebody's gonna have to step up this year, and they've still got Jacobsen. I can't say I would mind seeing them go on a tear.

Good for the Redbirds! Muller is unlikely to jump ship if he is successful so long as his alma mater can afford him. I hope they continue to bring in long, athletic recruits and struggle to keep up with the Shockers. We need a rival and if no one else is up for the challenge, then let it be the Illinois State.

Also, I believe with these two signings that Muller has 13 scholarships committed for next year. Likely to only sign 4 more.
