This is the second time this week that I've tried to recall his name and failed, but it is Paul Lusk. It is not yet time for me to retire to the old folks home.

Getting forgetful is one of the first warning signs of old age and I'll be damned if I can remember the others.

      • According to the box score from last week's game with Navarro, B-Wam fouled out in 10 minutes of floor time. 0-1 FG, 1 block, 0 boards.

Kilgore beat Lee College last night but stats haven't been updated and he wasn't mentioned in the game recap.

A player has to be in a DGAS mode, which is wrapped in frustration, to foul out in 10 minutes.

The point is made by Bluzrover, when it's determined that these players are not going to move the program forward, they are found a better fit quickly.
How about EO? That was about a big swing-and-a-miss as there ever was one. This guy is probably going to be EO part deux and will air ball free throws in the FF and cause us to lose the game. I'm done with the pipe dream of finding that next Hakeem.

I have been the most critical of EO being the most over-hyped player in Shocker basketball history...however, he didn't lose us the FF game with his air ball FT.

With that said, Bush's production in Juco is very underwhelming.

What an ignorant post. The only problem with EO was the hype. Guy did so much on the defensive end.

I agree. Without EO coming off of the bench and starting when Carl was injured, we would have never been ranked in the Top 20 and made a FF run.

                    • Find the next Hakeem? There is only one! How can we expect a guy to be Hakeem just because he is 7 feet tall and African?

                      • Quite frankly I just think Gregg wants a 7 foot body he can throw out on the floor to a big guy and take up space.

I don't think Gregg plans on getting any offense from Bush.

If we need Bush to produce offensively then we are in trouble.

                        • It is difficult to find teams on our schedule with legitimate 7-footers. It is even more difficult to find good teams on our schedule with a legitimate 7-footer.

It is not difficult to find good teams in the NCAA tournament with a legitimate 7-footer.

It is nice to know how to play against a good team with a legitimate 7-footer before you face one in the NCAA tournament.

                          • If I was given the option to have an EO clone on our roster for the rest of eternity I would take it.
