That's why I asked and didn't ass-u-me he was related. Maybe they started a new trend to end their names with a "T"

I know several in that family and they are great people. I hope Brett can cut it and we sign him.

He is great kid. I have known him and his family for 10+ years. Huge Shocker fan. Probably looking elsewhere. Getting interest from many D-1 schools. He played for Jason Perez the last two summers. I know he wants to play wherever he goes. I would love to see him in a Shocker uniform, but I don't if that is possible.

So if he's a huge Shocker fan, why would you think he's looking elsewhere, jcd? How can you beat playing at home for a team you root for, in a program that has basically no ceiling?

Well he says he wants to play, so I take that to mean he won't be happy if he's not getting PT.

@jcdshocker: can chime in to correct me if I'm wrong, but my read of the original post is that he wouldn't come to WSU because he would want regular playing time in college and it is not realistic that he would be able to beat out WSU players for regular playing time (big fish small pond vs small fish big pond).

Or in this case, a very big small fish in a possibly kinda undersized for the immediate future big pond :)

Do you have a link? Maybe I'm just searching in the wrong place.

                          Edit: I found it thanks.

Would be a great add as a walk on. He sounds like he's in between your average walk on and your typical recruit...not exactly "just a walk on." Having a kid walk on who is getting actual d-1 offers no matter where is a good get. You never know what you'll have in a few years. I'll be glad to cheer for him throughout.
