It's not uncommon for someone to commit after a visit to a school they really like. If he likes Bama and they completely sell him on the visit, then he ends it. We've landed kids who have cancelled later visits. It doesn't mean there isn't interest, but that doesn't mean that the favorite can't get him to pull the trigger before visiting others. Or that one school doesn't just completely wow a kid and get him to commit there. We all know we're on the outside looking in with Lee, if he visits or not, I'm expecting him to end up at Bama.

Agreed. I have always been curious about his interest in WSU. We seem to be such an odd choice geographically from all of his other choices. Somebody did a heck of a sales job just to get us on his top 5.

If he knows it is Alabama after the visit, best to save everybody's time. If he comes to Wichita on a visit, I like our chances.

I'll take a visit with a 10% chance of 3G closing the deal.

I would lean towards the popular belief that he will commit to bama during or shortly after his visit. If he takes the visit here then I would give 3G, staff, facilities and players an 80% chance to close the deal.

Each day that goes by without hearing of Lee committing elsewhere increases the chances of getting him on campus to let HCGM seal the deal. '14 is looking like a great class but a big talented PF would round it out perfectly.

Lee is good enough to start from Day 1 and can play the 5. Great shot blocking ability.

At this point, no news is great news for us. We just need one more week to seal the deal.

I haven't been thinking of Lee as a five. His plan is to be a four.

No I agree that his natural position is a 4, but you play your best 5 and Lee is a stud. By that logic Cliff Levingston does not start with Antoine Carr. Smithson began their frosh year starting both Antoine and Cliff at the 4 and 5. You can't be rigid with studs. Darius and Lee both will start.

Nice words about WSU, mum, but the video was posted in May. The real key is what he's thinking now, about five months later. That's a looong time for a high school recruit.
