Johnny from what I know never got interest from K-State. And as mentioned before UMKC doesn't have a baseball team. Am I the only one who sees the pieces falling in place?

I wouldn't forget about mizzou. They are a big 12 team, his home state, a pretty good basketball team so far this year, and have a pretty good baseball program currently as well.

If he wants to play both it looks like we have about a 50/50 shot with Mizzou. Unless CU decides he's worth it to them.

By the way, Mizzou is about the same distance from Saint Joseph as Wichita is.

I would not assume that KSU would not be interested in him.

Frank Martin was on record just this week talking about how they are putting a priority on recruiting and signing local (KC) kids to the program. He may have had a change of heart since last year.

I wouldn't count chickens before they hatch..
