He appears to be visiting Towson on the 17th, USF on the 24th and GW on the 31st.
According to Rivals, it looks as if those are the final four.

=>Recent recruiting story. I can confirm that "Miami of Ohio" is a misprint. It is Miami "of Florida":
Philmore working hard
Bel Air, Md., power forward Isaiah Philmore is one of the top 100 players in the nation.
But he wants to be ranked higher.
The 6-7 Philmore, playing with the Delaware Sharpshooters, said he's working hard this summer on his shooting and ballhandling.
"I spend two hours a day dribbling and shooting pull-ups," he said. "I just want to get better, and I know that's where I can improve."
Philmore's stock is already high. He has scholarship offers from George Washington, Rhode Island, Miami of Ohio and Virginia Tech, and he said he's also heard from Kentucky and Louisville. He's also interested in Indiana.
"I'm looking hard at George Washington, but I really don't have any kind of list or anything," Philmore said. "I'm just looking around at all of my options."
