I always figured I would wind up in a minority class before I died. I just didn't think I would live long enough that English would become obsolete.

Penn State Basketball Recruiting: Busy Spring Ahead
From the article
I've only seen PSU's name pop up with two JuCo guards - 6'6" Nick Wiggins from Wabash Valley CC (IL) and 6'3" Brandon Spearman from Indian Hills CC (IA). Wiggins, whose younger brother Andrew is the #1 player in the 2014 class, is one of the top juco prospects remaining. He just visited Wichita State over the weekend and is also considering Oregon State and Baylor among various other high majors. Many think Nick will have an instant impact wherever he goes, but PSU has major ground to make up if they are serious about landing him.

sidenote: Did anybody catch Nick's little brother, Andrew (representing Canada), leading the World team to a victory over team-USA last Saturday? Geeze.. that kid is near as good as Harrison Barnes (UNC), right now, already. Funny thing was, he's only a junior this year, and playing against a team-USA full of H.S. seniors, he was almost clearly the best player on the floor. In this case, believe the hype.
- Would really love to see Nick Wiggins in a Shocker uniform. Wiggins and Early filling the outside lanes on fast breaks? Oh, my... I don't think the Shockers would miss much of a beat, if any, from last season with those two on board. -Last edited by another shocker; April 9, 2012, 05:27 PM.

Shockers already signed C. Early too. 'Seems Wiggins could be A-OK with playing alongside Early, though. 'Would be a wise decision.

He was on Oregon's radar at the beginning of this thread, and still was as recently as this past February...

Wiggins is the son of former NBA player Mitchell Wiggins and two-time Olympic silver medalist Marita Payne-Wiggins. His game breaks down like this. He's long, athletic and shoots the ball well but his best offensive skill is slashing to the basket. Wiggins is the son of an NBA guy his upside is tremendous. He's also a high character guy so l be no issues wherever he goes.Kansas is Flat. The Earth is Not!!
