Another interesting Grad transfer name to monitor.

        Marten Linssen, 6-8, 255, F, Grad, UNC Wilmington (10.5 ppg, 4.6 rpg)
        59% from the field.

That's a big boy. Saw some videos. He appears to be fairly athletic and agile with good footwork for a kid his size.

Seems comparable to Prince Oduro in that he is a sit 1, play 1 option despite having 2 years of eligibility remaining.

He played 1 at Valpo, sat 1 at UNCW, played 1 at UNCW will have to sit next year if he transfers to a D-1 program and would not be covered by the new transfer rules even if they do pass retroactively because he has already transferred and then he would play 1 and be done under the 5-year clock rule.

Do these rules apply to grad transfers as well?

No. Was Linssen able to graduate in 3 years?

Verbal Commits tweet says he's a grad transfer with two years to play.

Obviously that is good. You don't find a lot of grad transfers with 2 years of eligibility.

                      33) Evan Cole, 6-10, 230, F, Grad, Georgia Tech
                      2019-20 stats: 4.4 ppg, 3.6 rpg
Scout’s take: “Tremendous cutter/slasher who loves to crash the offensive glass and get out in transition. Best with movement and playing downhill, has struggled finding his perimeter shooting consistency. Tough kid who is capable of guarding bigger guys and can surprise you guarding better athletes.”
Schools: BYU, Ohio State, Cincinnati, Boston College, Santa Clara, ETSU, Boise State, URI, Wichita State, Washington State

                      Also our dream guy:
                      10) Rapolas Ivanaauskas, 6-10, 230, PF, Grad, Colgate
                      Stats: 13.1 ppg, 7.6 rpg
Scout’s take: “Can play the four or the five. Can pick and pop, pick and roll, capable 3-point shooter who is very aggressive in the post and can score over either shoulder and either block, but he’s best when his isolated on the right block. Will back you down and usually it’s not coming back out.”
Evan Cole cut his list to 11. Shox no longer in the mix.

What about this guy? Not much in the way of stats to blow you away. But has height and can run the floor and has some rim protector qualities in the video. Grad transfer eligible immediately with 2 years to play.
