A loss in this one may have screwed the entire season.

Perhaps a win can inject some adrenaline into us for the rest of the way?

If nothing else, this should give Stutz the confidence boost he needs to be productive from here on out. Very happy for the young man.

Something tells me that any loss we have going forward will be the one that sinks our season.. There are plenty of fans wringing their hands this year... 8)

So what are your expectations for this year? How many losses can we afford to remain in NCAA contention? 5? 10? 15?

LSU will develop into a pretty solid team in due time!!! We out rebounded them by 5. Our experience did pay off in the end. Even so, we should NOT be blowing 17 point leads!!!!!!!

Sometimes you have to win ugly, but I think this game tape will show some obvious lessons especially in playing good team ball vs trying to do it one-on-one.

Shocks having trouble playing more than a half or so of good ball.

When will this team ever learn that lesson?

LSU hitting 7 of 11 from behind the arc in the second half will to that...

I still say a win vs. Tulsa, 15-3 in Valley, lose in the final of the conf. tourny we're in. I know, I know tonight wasn't pretty, but I still say it's possible.

LSU is pretty much garbage.

They were a predicted bottom feeder in the SEC. I expected them to be bad, but not THIS bad.

They ended up being better than I thought they would. They are a young team with a lot of talent. They are very inconsistent. I am just glad to get this win.

I think they looked better than they actually are. We didn't play the greatest in the second half. But I am glad to get the win anyway. Regardless of how good or bad LSU is.

We out rebounded them.

I want to thank the refs for swallowing their whistle at the end. Let em' play I said. I would love to see a close up replay of that pick.

I don't believe TM is a great point guard by any measure, however he is not a shooting guard. I think we all got tricked into thinking this based on a couple of buzzer beaters as a freshman. He just does not shoot it well enough to be effective. His best position is PG...sorry.

I will not complain about road victories. I definitely wasn't pleased at the way the big lead was choked off, but a road win is a road win and even I can realize that one.

It did feel good winning a game like that though. Those normally don't go our way.

But good God, this team needs to learn how to play with big leads. It caught us a lot last year. It caught us already against UConn. It almost cost us tonight.

Why is it assumed that Stutz was out of position when he hit the 3?

Is it impossible to think that Murry driving and Stutz setting up as the outlet if Murry is stopped isn't a planned play?

Is it unthinkable that one of the better 3-point shooters on the team shouldn't get a green light for a 3 at the end of the game? Especially if the opponent isn't likely to cover that shot?

Is it only a good play or a good coaching move if it agrees with how you think it should be done?

I'll complain about the 3 rebounds from a 7 footer. 8)
