I guess we're going to have to have some special guidelines regarding posts about Turgeon.
1. Turgeon is a valid discussion topic. Please don't start topics or reply in existing topics that you don't like it. Just skip it.
2. Subjects should be limited to his time at WSU or his general experience at aTm. For example, we don't need aTm prediction topics. Mentioning a game result is fine, unless it occurs every game.
3. Use existing topics as much as possible. If there are already 3 or 4 MT topics on the first two pages (yes, we actually expect you to take a few seconds to look), use one of them if at all possible.
4. Don't "hijack" existing topics with Turgeon discussion, unless it's particularly relevant. Otherwise, those posts and any that quote them will be deleted.
If the staff thinks a topic was started just to get under some people's skin, it will be deleted. If a topic is started unnecessarily or goes against one of the above guidelines, it will be locked or deleted.
I don't anticipate banning anyone over Turgeon topics, so please don't get upset if one of your posts is deleted or locked. However, if it appears that someone is intentionally trying to get under someone's skin or repeatedly violating these guidelines, a ban may be handed out.
