If my memory serves to be correct the Shocks jumped out to something like a 12-2 lead to at the first TV timeout. To score only 50 points total means they only scored 38 points in the last 35 minutes. WOW .......
I certainly will not jump off the bandwagon but I am as disappointed as all the Shocker brethren.
Time for PJ to forget the NBA and get back to what he does best. 0-6 from the field with 5 of those shots from the 3-point may be the problem. See avatar!!

Stats-wise we have steadily been getting WORSE...that's not suppose to happen is it? :(. Granted game 1 wasn't against stellar competition, but either was game 3....or really game 2 IMO.

I just got back from another commitment I had tonight. I thought this would be the game where the Shox broke out of their offensive woes and would light it up for 80+. Monmouth is certainly a team that can allow that.
I can't imagine what's happening, but PJ and MB are stinking up the place. Maybe after 3 years of Turgeon, they aren't comfortable with a different system and have lost confidence. Maybe they aren't buying into Marshall's game plan and are still thinking "I was on a S16 team", which seemed to be a problem last year.
It's only 3 games into the season and there's time to get things together. Either the players who were supposed to lead this team get their act together or it's time to start working on next year and let trhe guys who aren't getting it done observe the game from the vantage of the coaches - from the sidelines..
The next game we play is called the "toilet bowl". Drake and InSt are playing better than WSU right now.
The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades. We like to cut down nets and get sized for championship rings.
I would think that because of last year we would all be aware that how you play in November and December isn't nearly as important as how the team is playing in Febuary. Its going to be rough during some games early but as the season goes on and the team gels, the offense will come.
I just can't get over tonight's loss for some reason.....and it doesn't help that my OU sooners lost too. what a horrible night? Someone give me some hope.
