I am in no way panicked. The fact that we're 1-2 doesn't spell doom for this season any more than our rocket start last year spelled national championship for that season. I think it's going to be rocky for a little bit. PJ will not go "0fer" the rest of the season. If you look back at the predictions on Shockernet, most people picked around a 17 win season this year. That number's still in play.

I know lawmaker personally and know him to be a big Shocker fan.

Looking at some, but not all, of his posts, I do understand why some might question that.

Regardless, he is a Shocker fan who attends games, writes checks, and talks up the Shockers where he lives, which is 1500 miles away.

I don't think him asking a question about an awful loss to Monmouth deserved the response in my opinion.

Maybe that question by itself doesn't, but there is a "body of work" that has led up to the response.

I have no doubt much of his posting here has been calculated to get a response. And then he appeals to me after he gets the response he wants? I don't think so.

If he is that big of a Shocker fan and wants to convince us, then he should start posting like one. Without going into detail, a family member of his (too much evidence to be a coincidence) registered and immediately posted two flames. I have a hard time believing said family member was acting on his own.

I couldn't have bit my tongue after a loaded question like that, especially from someone that came on this board for the better part of two years with a Baylor avatar. Now I really know why congress has an approval rating lower than OJ Simpson.

I don't know Lawmaker personally. In fact, I couldn't pick him out of line up. However, based on most of his previous posts, I believe he is a WSU supporter. Has he, on occasion, stirred the pot? Oh yea, but then again (you may not believe this), so have I. He's a good guy, so let's move on and let it go. WSU supporters have bigger fish to fry. 8)

Oh and to answer your question, Doctor. No I am not in panic mode.

Marshall inherted a very weak hand (only 5 returning players, only PT over 6'4") and it is going to take him awhile to get this program back where we want it.

I am going to be very patient this year. It is definitely a rebuilding year.

I think Marshall is an excellent coach and he will get the job done.

But it won't happen overnight. :wsu_posters:

I think the Wyoming game should help calm some of the fans that are in panic mode. It doesn't change the fact that we have a lot of holes, but it does show that we can still win even in a rebuliding type year.
