I read somewhere that each school will now play 9 league games in football and 18 in basketball. Has anyone else seen that?

Yes I have heard that as well. Also, Texas and OU will always play 5 home and 4 road games, so teams will rotate a 2 for 1 with them, which I am sure will go over like a lead pipe with the north teams.

Ironically enough the Texas12 no longer will be able to hold a football championship game. It was the formation of a football championship game (that Osborne strongly opposed) that began UNL's discomfort with the Texas12.
