A tough battle, like most Valley games will be this season, but we come out on top with out superior depth and size.

For 3 years we've won about zero road games that meant anything in the Valley. The few we did were against crap teams.

I don't think ISU is "in our heads" at their place like CU might be (based on about 118 straight losses there :banghead: ) so that could be in our favor.

I like this team, and no doubt they are better than anything in the last 2 years, but color me guardedly pessimistic in the prospect of winning an important Valley road game at an upper division foe.

Start the Valley season 3-0 and I'll get crazy......until then,

Believe us, we can! :D I've said many times before I really hope we get a weekend game in Wichita one of these years so some of our fans can roadtrip there. I know GhostofRickLamb and I talk about that all the time.

We have had some fantastic games @ your place in recent years though, no reason why this year won't be any different. First things first however, and tomorrow is gonna be a fight. Seems like shockernet and redbirdfan are split on the issue...predictions look about 50/50 at this point. I think we're all ready for a great game, just wish it wasn't over Xmas break.

Any of you guys making the trip? I know at least a couple Shox fans are as per a thread on redbirdfan.

According to Shocker Vision, the game will not be available. Of course, I struggle with understanding SV sometimes, so I could be wrong.
