I'm very excited about the game!

i'd like to reiterate the appreciation we have for Coach Knight and TT to play us in a home-n-home.. finally a big name (and quality) home opponent to be excited about!

my General Manager here in Wichita is a Texas Tech Alum, I talk with him constantly about Texas Tech football, though i'm not sure how religiously he follows their basketball team.
i will ask him tomorrow at work if he plans on coming.

    Good luck TT.

    GO SHOX!

Any doubt should be erased from even the most skeptical opponent when they see the replay from this magical moment in time... yes, that team is long gone (save Matt B. on the coaching staff) but the potential for this kind of eruption is always there and Saturday should see this level of enthusiasm!

(fast forward to the 1:50 mark for the loudest results)

          Word choice

"Ballless" -- interesting word, Fever. Very accurate, and also unique in that it contains three consecutive "L"s. I don't know that I've ever seen an English word with the same letter three times in a row.

Kudos for your creativity (as well as credit to TTU for its willingness to take on the challenge of playing in CKA and do so in an even exchange -- such behavior is quite simply good for college basketball).

Yeah, I always wondered why so many bigger programs never want to come into WSU's house. I'm glad my Red Raiders are doing it. Both teams will benefit win or lose. Here's to a great game and I'll be rooting for you guys after Saturday night.

I hope we are able to say the same thing in the upcoming seasons. Megadittos on everything (we just need it worse than you guys).

In sports, Americans love to make up words like physicality and ballless.

Ballless is a great new word.

It'll be hard to beat "sCUm," though.

I would echo the appreciation to Tech Fans for coming up and playing us. You guys are classy and tough and I expect we will have to play the very best game we have played to date to beat the Red Raiders. Thanks for showing interest. We are a very proud program with a lot more tradition than is recognized by most in your conference. After Saturday, good luck with the rest of our season.

I think the Red Raiders were at the same Regional as we were in 1976 in Denton Texas when I was 15 years old and we had Cheese and kicked Michigan's ass all night long before blowing it at the end. Elmore had a good game along with Cal, Trogele, Bob Gray and Cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeze! Are heartbreaking bus ride home in the middle of the night I will never forget.

Seriously, can the two Shocker fans posting on the Texas Tech scout site please shut up and stop embarrassing us?

                            Very, very low-majorish.

                              Amen to that.

I know that we all want to present ourselves in a good light and good fans, but seriously, reading some of the posts, I'm wondering when someone is going to offer them a 'happy ending'. We want to win, they want to win. Hope they have a good time in Wichita, but if they aren't going to walk away with a positive experience unless TT wins, then sorry, I hope that you leave hating Wichita.

Maybe that's just me. Nothing personal, but some of it just seems a bit overboard and phony.

I assure you for my part it hasn't been intended that way, but can understand how true intentions can be misunderstood in text format.

Here's to a good game for both, and to a Shocker victory.
