It has already began...........of the 22 predictions made on this topic, 20 of you predicted wins. Realistic viewpoints and predictions be damned! I've tried to adopt the majority stance and say every game will be a win just because I'm a Shox grad and fan, but that type of thinking goes against every fiber of my body.
Realistically, the Shox are better than last year and we have more atheletes on our team, but missing Clevin is going to hurt more than you think in this game against a Big East team.
We will lose unfortunately and I predict the game will follow the same type of flow as last years losses to Georgetown and MSU. We hang around but can't get the win.Comment

KC, have you ever in your entire life been on any sports related board in the universe where this wasn't the case. I haven't seen enough of Pitt to know what they're capable of. I know this WSU team is capable of beating just about anybody without having to play a perfect game. I think a really good effort against Pitt gives us a W. I have seen Texas and we'd have to be lucky and perfect to beat them this year.
We come out of this 1-1 on either side of the bracket and we're really looking good going in to Cleveland. Putting us at worst 2-2 (not counting Ark-Mont.) going in to the Illinois State part of our non-con schedule. I'd expect us to be 6-2 or 7-1 with TCU and Texas Tech at home. Win those two and expectations are going to start getting ramped up going into Valley play, but I digress...Wichita State, home of the All-Americans.Comment

I think you're right KC if we were writing about predictions for Texas. However, I'll be disappointed if we don't beat PITT. I personally don't think one can compare PITT this year to Georgetown and MSU from last year.
