They have Indiana State as 137 and 7th in the league. I'm guessing that Evansville, Mo St and Drake are below them. I'm sure we will be coming up soon.

Given last season's conference finish, history, perceived talent and hype, I would not have picked WSU ahead of SIU. That being said, one has to at least consider the possibility that the Shocks will not make the list this year.


Edit: I would be surprised if WSU is picked ahead of SIU (very surprised) in any meaningful preseason poll.

I would guess we will be the next team picked from the Valley. They had Indiana State picked 7th and SIU picked 6th. Do you really think that they will pick either Drake, Missouri State or Evansville over WSU?

No I don't think that, but then again, I didn't think we would be picked ahead of SIU. Bradley shouldn't be picked ahead of SIU either so while I agree with your assessment, some things don't add up, for me at least.
