Honestly, I was hoping for SLU so we could play Majerus at the Chuck, but the Bulls are a much better quality of foe. I hope that we are up for the challenge.

I love the idea of going to Palo Alto for a game next Monday if we can outlast Buffalo.

Buffalo will be tough. They beat Temple, lost to UConn by 4 and won over 20 games this season.

Heck, if we can lose to UMKC at home, this is no gimme.

At least we don't have to play in the Town of Tonawanda. Why are they called the Buffalo Bulls? Why not the Buffalo Nickels, Heads, Hides, Bison, Bills, or even the Buffalo Gals?

                  Good ones Ashockalypse! :D

Probably a bit juvenile making light of their name, but I'm trying to get pumped up for this game and am having somewhat of a challenge.

Ugh, I wish we were leaving the Valley. Sorry! Back on topic.

Nobody wants to see the season end on a down note, but if we lose to Buffalo, I'm going to be torqued.

fyi, north campus is in Amherst, which is a suburb of Buffalo and has a Buffalo zip code. South campus is still in the city of buffalo.

buffalo chips is the name of our student all-male acapella group

                    lastly, good luck wednesday

Welcome Jagnife96. You guys should fly some fans in for the game.

                        thanks!

a lot of us just traveled to cleveland for the MAC tourney and school starts back up after our spring break tomorrow so traveling will be extremely difficult, if not darn near impossible for most students.

i know for my own sake, my bank account is gettin low because of the trip.

                          Odd

I'm surprised that, given the chance, the CBI didn't invite its defending champion. Maybe the money didn't work for Bradley this year. Odd "geographical" pairing, too. Tom Penders must really, really, really want to avoid coming back to Wichita.

Anyway, this is a nice step for an inexperienced team that was 6-11 not that long ago, and the extra practice and game experience should certainly work to the advantage of the Shocks next year, especially if they can keep it going for a while now -- and playing at Koch should certainly help in that regard.

A quick look at Buffalo's stats shows that WSU outshoots them from both the field and the FT line. My goodness -- how many teams answer that description?

Hopefully our team will take Buffalo a bit more seriously than you do..

I agree with KC - this is not a gimme....

Have any of you looked at the MAC standings by division and RPI?

The west division had no teams with winning records (overall or conference) and all their RPIs (four of them were 300+) are worse than the worst team in the east.
