If we happen to get a home game, are the tickets sold first come first serve? Or do season ticket holders get first shot at their seats?

We are really going to be up against a time wall to purchase, print and pick up tickets.

I would hope they give season ticket holders 1 day to renew but that will be a CRAZY day if the online can't handle the traffic....or the logins.

Personally, I am all for 1st come 1st serve....some people that are lucky enough to have good seats (like myself) might not buy tickets if they can't get good ones (certainly NOTHING like myself) but again, I'm ok with that....post season is about intensity. Bring it, or stay home.

Hopefully these would be "primetime" games to allow more people to attend. I can't remember last year if Bradley played in the afternoon or evening during the CBI.

They would have to be in the evening. They're not worried about getting lots of games on TV and they NEED the attendance. Making them early has little value and makes zero sense.

As in the past I would expect the AD to be sending out ticket forms to season ticket holders to pay up front for tournament tickets. If by chance we don’t make it or get a home game then there will be refunds. (Or at least that’s what I recall several years ago with the NIT).

I didn't get a chance to see any games this year, but this would certainly give me a chance to see one yet. Plus, when the crowds are the people that want to be there, you can't get a better atmosphere anywhere.

I would be willing to bet anyone else's left one that it will be season ticket holders getting first priority with first come first served next. There will be at least two season tickets that won't get taken due to a prior committment that my wife made, LAST SUMMER for crying out loud, that will take us away from Wichita during the tournament.

I really don't know how season ticket holders will be given first priority with such short notice.

I was a season ticket holder before I moved and for the NIT in 2004/2005 we got mailers sent in asking if we wanted to partake IF we were in the NIT. Of course, that was sent several weeks before the thing.

I dunno if anything's been sent out about this. And yes season tix holders would get first priority, but I'd say over half of em wouldn't renew as over half are either too bandwagonish or corporate.

I'm a season ticket holder, but being up in Row 30 of 118, whenever I've had chances previously at the NIT tickets, I've always opted to NOT take my season seats and take my chances on getting better seats. In 2005, I didn't improve my location much, but for that Florida State game, I was about even with the north free throw line in row 15. Suh-weet seats. You can bet your arse I will take my chances to get primo seats again given the opportunity.

If I were a betting man, I'd bet the athletic department is getting awfully close to finalizing a Wednesday game.

ODU to begin selling post season tickets on Friday. They just don't know which one...

the word is that it is a Wednesday game, at home, and it is a done deal, but I don't know who the opponent is. New source for me. Someone that should know, but I can't attest to it.
