Best case scenerio around the Valley tonight appears to be-----Shocks beat SIU---Drake beats Bradley---N. Iowa defeats Evansville. These series of results would tie us for 4th with Bradley? However, if the Shocks lose(heaven forbid), then maybe we would instead want Bradley to beat Drake? Thus, we would be tied with Evansville for 5th? Worst case scenerio=We lose(NOOOOOOO), Evansville beats N. Iowa, Drake beats Bradley. Then we seemed to be tied for 6th? Moral of the story? We have control of our destiny of only 1 of these games tonight so winning is paramount and a great way to finish heading to the LU. Moral #2---All of these scenerios are quite intriquing-- but killin my finite pea brain. Yikes!!!!!!!

Original I thought SIU would win this game because of playing at home, senior night, how we've played there in the past, etc. But now, with SIU's depleted team, I think we can pull it out.

Where are you seeing this kind of numbering of the replies? I use IE, do different browser display differently?

I think FSF just counts the replies. He likes the numbers 7 and 11 and their combinations ever since there was this thread awhile back on the number 11.

Before or after our replies, SN actually counts and records the replies for us. For example, on this thread Newshock1234 was reply #83 (8+3=11) which is a good thing because of the 11-11-11 Trivia post way back when. Now THAT was quite a thread and one of my favorites ever here on SN. The number 7 was Mickey Mantle's # and my personal favorite lucky number. Thus, any multiple of 7 or 11 sometimes catches my attention and I get creative (carried away) with it thinking it could result in some good luck or positive happenings for our Shockers.
