I expect a bigger than Durley/Hatch improvement from RC next season. Let's not forget it took everyone but MB most of the season to really catch on to HCGM's system.
If his shot is falling and he becomes more knowledgeable and experienced, he does keep KJ off the floor next year. If he doesn't, then he will be on the bench.
My money, with MB working with him, is that he is our backup/split minutes with Hannah PG.
Now look at Durley! Didn't you hear MK talk about how CSU wasn't QUICK enough to stop him from driving from 15 to the basket.

Don't count anyone out on this team next year.
Look at the improvements of Hatch, Durley, and Ellis.
RC can improve, and will. He knows who he has to compete against for PT.
There will be a lot of talent on this team next year - bad news for the Valley.

I hope he does improve. But I'll be honest and tell you that I saw more potential and hope in Durley, Hatch and Ellis. Not saying there isn't any for Chamberlain, but I don't feel near as confident. And considering what we already have and what we're bringing in...Infinity Art Glass - Fantastic local artist and Shocker fan
RIP Guy Always A Shocker
Carpenter Place - A blessing to many young girls/women
ICT S.O.S - Great local cause fighting against human trafficking
Wartick Insurance Agency - Saved me money with more coverage.
Save Shocker Sports - A rallying cry

If we run into true 3-guard teams - and there are plenty in the Valley, it's not unreasonable to think we might see Murry and Kyles on the floor at the same time.
I think Marshall is trying to set up a team where he can go either tall or quick at the 3. Quick at the 3 is a plus in Valley play. Tall at the 3 is a plus in post-season play.
Kyles figures into that ability to change very well. I think he could be an effective wing against players in the 6'3" to 6'5" range. The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.
We like to cut down nets and get sized for championship rings.

My only concern with Kyles is how hungry is he for playing time. I would like to see a little more of a game face and
intensity from him when he is in the game. I really liked the lineup at the end of the 1st half when DK, TM, AJ, RC and JT
were in the game. That group can play some lock down defense and really pressure the ball all over the court.
I just hope DK is NOT content with 8-12 minutes a game."Political Correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media,
which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end."

Never heard of anyone who did not want more minutes. I thought Kyles should have had more of Murry's minutes last night.
Physical improvement by Reggie would be terrific, as he is arguably the best shooter on the roster. I don't think anyone is trying to run him off, just suggesting that he will very likely have fewer minutes next season, and that might be unacceptable to him.

In looking at the team poster, I think Reggie could add a little bulk to his frame and that would help. Depending on how you look at it I guess, the nice thing is that Reggie is just a sophomore and an off-season of working on his game could help him improve quite a bit.
The problem for him is that if Manigault is the real deal, minutes are going to be real hard to find next season.
