Who are you making me sit next to? No lame-o's please...

      Tomorrow begins the TURNAROUND.. :good:
I hope you are right, but if it isn't the beginning of the tournaround, many of the fans, several of whom post on this board, will be back at the stone throwing.
We're fans. We get frustrated. We want and expect the very best from our programs here. If we were to just sit around and say 'oh, it's ok. winning isn't everything..", we'd all be a bunch of losers.

I know, I sometimes get carried away. But it's all sincerely because I WANT this team to do good and be good. And I don't like to sugarcoat anything.
Players get frustrated too, just as the fans and media do. What would happen if the players called out the fans and media on either lack of cheering, unfair reporting, or posting garbage on a board? We are all human beings. I believe for the most part the players are giving it their best, but if they aren't at times, it is up to coach to correct it.

Who corrects some of the posts on this board? These are not professional ball players; they represent our university and our city. Demeaning comments are not going to make anyone any better, nor are they going to make potential recruits (perhaps from the city league) that read these messages want to come to our university. Why put yourself up for ridicule in your hometown?

I'm in GA for the game. Let's make some noise and show that we support our team. I don't care if I can't speak above a whisper until Monday.

What's said on here is NO different than any other message board. Sometimes it goes overboard and some people are just plain idiots that will complain about anything. But there's nothing wrong with pointing out obvious things that just about everyone can see.
Infinity Art Glass - Fantastic local artist and Shocker fan
          RIP Guy Always A Shocker
Carpenter Place - A blessing to many young girls/women
ICT S.O.S - Great local cause fighting against human trafficking
Wartick Insurance Agency - Saved me money with more coverage.
Save Shocker Sports - A rallying cry

            Ramon,

I have your back. Happy Birthday. You are doing great. The rest of us are mere spectators. Armchair quarterbacks. We are behind you. Besides, the guys on this forum need you one hell of a lot more than you need us. Believe me!

Another reason why I've always thought the KC Shox method is pretty much worthless.

While I think it is admirable for Ramon to accept responsibility for the team, being a senior and all, he is probably the only Shocker playing up to his potential on the team. Hannah and Murry get a few kudos, but outside of them, all the rest of the Shockers are 'underperforming'

and as far as I am concerned, 'If you can't run with the big dogs, you need to sit on the porch'.
