I wonder when was the last time we went scoreless from the FT line?

On the positive side A.J. seems to finding his game and perhaps a little boost for Garrett tonight.

Clevin just did not have his stroke tonight, but I think we knew if we had to rely on our undersized point guard to carry us offensively for the whole year that we were in trouble.

You have to love Ramon, but it apparently was fool's gold to think that his offensive game was going to be much better this year.

We are going to need JT and Aaron to step up their production if we are going to have any success this year.

Just doesn't seem to be coming together yet. Hopefully, it will at some point.

Still like the youngsters upside in a couple of years.

My hero's' entertain in 1 post more than you have or ever will. You may not be our hero but you are our 0. You get all worried on early losses for our young team to see the big picture. I have no idea what Drake has to do with anything. They've actually showed improvement while the Valley as a whole has continued to weaken. WSU has shown no improvement.

He is, and I don't think there's a person on this board or on the coaching staff that doesn't want him to be successful. Unfortunately his speed of development isn't at the speed that the team needs with an even less experienced backup in Garrett Stutz (who is also very raw).

My question about JT--and I'm not sure what the answer is: Is his defense improved from last year? I think yes, and that was the single biggest complaint anyone ever had about him last year.

We could've used his help tonight, but you know, we could've used more than just JT's help.

That was the most inept performance I have witnessed in a long time.
CH looked like JuCo player tonight, after several fine games. He truly forced the game instead of letting it come to him. His frustration was as painful to watch as JT freelancing to his own tune.
Clemente worked hard as usual, but he got no help underneath. He needed everything because it was as physical in the paint as it gets.
The perimeter defense in the first 5 minutes was non-existent. I wondered just how many times the euro guy had to nail wide open 3's before they decided to guard.
All in all, back to the gym and let the teaching commence. 8)

KC....If my memory serves me correctly you predicted something like a 27 point loss to Gtown, and a loss to Senia....In my opinion you are no better than the 97% of the posters that predict wins. You just predict the worse case scenario and then get all pumped up when WSU plays badly so you can come on SN and act all high and mighty. Just because you're a pessimist doesn't make you right all the time. And don't come back with any "realist" crap. Because your previous predictions have been completely wrong before so your pessimistic world is no where near the "real" thing.
