I knew you would say that. But that's a good thing. There are going to be some great games in the AAC in the coming years and that helps us all. If UCONN would quit whining and do their part, our conference would be on par with the so called P5 conferences. Good luck in the OOC games and will be looking forward to seeing you in Moody to start our WSU-SMU rivalry.

I seldom make road trips, but depending on how our season is going, I may have to wander your way if I can come up with 3 tickets. I have 3 season tickets for home games and if I go up to see us play at y'all's place I know I will have to take my two sons along for the ride. Might even take my wife and my sons' families as well. That would be 10 tickets to get. How hard is it to get tickets to your home games? I assume it is a hard ticket to come by.
You might find some on StubHub. If so, they will be pricey. We have 1,000 tickets reserved for students. Any not picked up prior to the game (I think it's two days) can be purchased by the public, but those might be scarce this year. Plus, there's likely to be over 1,000 people trying to get their hands on a few hundred (if any) tickets.

SMU and Cincy will probably be the hardest tickets to get this year.
The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.
We like to cut down nets and get sized for championship rings.

Same thing happens here. My sons and I couldn't make it to one of our home games and my son put them up on StubHub. Things sold for almost 5 times what I paid for them.

What do season tickets at SMU go for?

aac basketball WILL be on par with p5. it's football that won't be. i hate to say that because most of those aac fan folks are talking about how it's football that makes the aac a p5/6 conference.

            no way.

but it's interesting that smu has become a basketball school. 'never thought i would have seen that. the only problem is that jankovich has some serious payback coming to him. and it will stick, quick.

He was the coach at Illinois State from 2007 to 2012. Our hate for Illinois State really started to pile up in his last season and peaked in the 2012 Arch Madness tournament where they beat us by a bucket in one of the most frustrating games I've ever witnessed. This was the game Stutz was kicked in the grapes twice and he got ejected for retaliating.

Garrett wasn't ejected (as he missed the shot at the buzzer). He just got a technical for retaliating, which put him in foul trouble for the late part of the game.

Oh that's right. It was a double technical, not a double ejection. Thanks

Your best bet might be to check with SMU. AAC rules require WSU to hold a block of 165 tickets for visiting AAC teams.

In addition to the situation with Stutz, Jankovich has a long list of qualifications forhis status with WSU fans

                          1. He's a KU guy.
                          2. He was willing to work for Larry Brown (sell his soul to the devil for a shot at a HC job).
                          3. He took his star player with him when he changed jobs - that's just low-down and dirty.
                          4. He scheduled the weakest non-con possible to pad wins at Illinois State - which made for a crappy rpi opponent.
The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.
