We would do well to research some football info if we want to post there this fall. We are in a football conference now and basketball will be a distraction for a couple of months.. I've been able to learn quite a bit about the various teams from asking for info over there.

USF is the overwhelming pre-season favorite to win the league. Houston and Memphis should be next.

Navy runs a triple option and concentrates on defense. Tulsa runs a wide-open offense, has a great O-line, but is accused of playing ole defense. The Navy/Tulsa game should be a classic.

USF is the favorite to win the conference and will likely be ranked in the preseason Top 25. UCF and Temple should be bowl eligible teams (at least 6-6) in the East. The West is stronger with Houston, Memphis, and Tulsa all battling for the chance to play USF in the conference championship game. Those 3 along with Navy (and possibly SMU) should be bowl eligible.

We have a great new/old hire in Randy Edsall, who has proven he can consistently win in the Northeast...which is not an easy task. Based on new staff hires and recruiting thus far, UCONN should bowl once again after the 2018 season.

Every so often someone on this board expresses nostalgia for having Cold post here, and every time I go on the CSN board I am reminded why I don't hold that position.

I feel the exact same way. Except I haven't been on the CSN board, only on Wheatshockers. Cold is insufferable and it's safe to say I don't miss @shock: on here either. I personally think this board is better and more welcoming without the likes of Cold, shock, and Fever.

You have to admit that he dispatched many people who disagreed with him, not just trolls.
