Perhaps they will bring in someone how has experience recruiting 4-5 star guys. With this move to The American, that could be possible.

I don't know what Isaac and Kyle's strengths/weaknesses are, but we need an assistant that is a big time game planner and recruiter, preferably a young guy with serious contacts. Is that asking too much?

HCCJs had this fall into his lap and he had to take it. This is a good program on a solid foundation in a terrible conference. He will take them to a level that (if they have or build any sort of football program) can actually make a play for the MWC.
At the worst, we will see a periennial 25-30 game winner until he moves on to a bigger school.

They already have football, which is one of the reasons the basketball team has to take a bunch of buy games to help out financially.
