Then don't look at the Eagle among other outlets then. It doesn't need to be in any outlets for common sense to kick in that what she did was out of bounds. I will say this, I can't wait for the former Lynn to be her appropriate fiery self very soon. I like her.

The topic made multiple ESPN shows, including Mike & Mike, and Colin Cowherd called her a loony toon, so there's that. I feel sympathy for the Marshall family today, overblown nationally, even if you can argue she went overboard, and has become a small attack on her character.

I wonder how some of these same media outlets portrayed the women's march with vagina hats and profanity laced speeches. This is not a political statement. I just see an inconsistency related to behavioral standards. In one instance the behavior is called brave. In another instance it is derided.

I'll give you a minute to rethink your statement. Protesting some bad calls in a basketball game isn't evenly close to protesting someone taking away your rights. If someone were taking away my gun rights, I'd understand protests with a few Molotov cocktails. But Molotov cocktails over a botched basketball game...

Do we really want negative publicity during a time we're trying to make WSU attractive to another conference? I would hope a collection of university presidents can see past it, but we have all seen in some form how perception can drive reality, whether or not it's justified or even reasonable.

I think some concern is understandable, perhaps even warranted.

Lynn by all accounts went alittle overboard with her unbridled love for the Shockers and her husband. Frustration from the seeding s and lack of respect. Too a few missed calls and untimely turnovers and it boiled over. If she had a do over she'd probably handle it differently. Still love Lynn and the Marshalls. Won't hold this against her because I know her heart is behind these young men and the university. The smug elites and press will make this bigger than they should. Nothing compared to the outrageous behavior of Ashley Judd spewing her crazy rethoric
