I just looked at a pic from a February 2016 game between UC and UConn. Students were behind the basket.

"...We’re waiting on the ink to dry on a series with Baylor,” Shockers coach Gregg Marshall said Monday on the College Hoops Today Podcast. “It would start down there in Waco and we’ve also got Oklahoma and Oklahoma State on the schedule for next season. We’re not going to stop trying to schedule the best teams we can just because we’re in a different league now....”

In addition, in the podcast Coach Marshall revealed we are in negotiations with two SEC teams to add to the non-conference slate.

Any speculation on who that might be for this season?

We'll see. Cinci and SMU are a lot different than Drake and Evansville.

As a student- and I don't think I'm anything special at all- I am 500x's more excited for conference games. I anticipate the student section will be on par with those College Gameday matchups with Northern Iowa, night in and night out.

Ok, so what do we know so far?

4 games against Maui competition: Chaminade, Notre Dame, California, LSU, Marquette, Michigan and VCU.

At Oklahoma State

Oklahoma at Intrust

South Carolina at Koch

At Baylor

Creighton at Sprint Center

Vermont at Koch (same weekend after mid week to Mizzou)

(There seems to be confusion here, Vermont has a mid week at Mizzou, then coming here for travel ease)

That leaves 3 openings, yes?
