It is probably a nuisance to be reminded twice now that there is only a 5 point total differential in two huge meetings. We may have lost them both, but we were playing toe to toe down to the last shot both times. If WSU is nothing more than a nuisance, fine. But it sure says a lot about the Kentucky program to A. Not acknowledge a legitimate foe with any level of respect, and B. Not be able to take 5 star recruits and put away a "crappy MVC school" with the whole world watching.

I can see why there is some insecurity happening. It's not even a given that UK will come into next season ranked higher than WSU. Nuisance indeed.

I don't think you realize how far UK has fallen in recent years. Cal is going to lose scholarships and is desperately trying to get his graduated player rates up. Not going to happen.

We are not on your recruiting level. That's for sure. Not on titles, not on many things. But given the last two meetings, there is little doubt we are on your level at actually playing college basketball. Figure that one out. That can't be right... Is it the coaching then? What is it that causes WSU to hang with UK even though we aren't on your level?

I'm really surprised Kentucky couldn't win by more, since they are on another level and all. I guess the level doesn't make much difference the Dance. It only makes a difference in the t-shirt aisle at Wal-Mart.

Wait ... Recruiting rankings. I believe going into 2012-2013 you had the top class also. That resulted in .... First round NIT loss to Robert Morris.

WSU with its unraked recruiting class was in the Final Four.
