How many MVC Tournaments have you attended in st Louis??

This will be my 6th trip, I had a four year streak going and had planned on going last year, but my son had to have heart surgery the end of February 2016, so we didn't get to go. He will be with me this year so I am really looking forward to this one.

If I go it will be six in a row. Every drive back I tell myself it was the last one. Just too much heartache. But every February I convince myself that the year I miss they'll win it. 2014 was great as I was in the Lou for both the MVC and NCAA tournament.

This year will be my 13th trip. I do have one advantage----I have relatives living in St Louis so no hotel or rental car to worry about. My first trip was in 1998.

Been 5 times. 4 losses in the semis. 1 loss in the play-in round. Yes, I went in 2008 to watch WSU as the 9 seed. To this day, I have no idea why I chose to go that year.

This will be 12th in a row with the wife. Did go in 2003 with my youngest son.He was an eighth grader. He and I went to the coliseum for the last regular season game. He put his name in the drawing boxes. They called his name so I told him to see what he won. A few minutes later he shows back up saying You have to come with me. He wasn't 18 so they wouldn't let him compete for on the floor for two all session passes. So, I went down, Missed layup, hit free throw and missed three pointer. The other guy didn't do any better so they put our names in a box and pulled mine out. We had a great time, he got to miss some school, Justin Hysom came got him to sit down with the student section and we watched another vacuum created by Creighton ( I hate those guys!). We still talk about that trip!
I said too I wasn't going back after last year, but here we go again.

11th year in a row for me. 2006 was definitely a different animal atmosphere wise and now I feel like it just gets worse and worse every year. At least we've gotten a couple close NCAA site recently so I can get my fill of fun neutral atmospheres.

Went the last year of Mark's tenure and the first of Gregg's. Missed Gregg's second year (the Woodfox debacle) and have hit every year since. I think the change in the team hotel this year will make all the difference in the world.

I've gone every year since Marshall got here except for one making it 8 times. Four of those times were when I was a student, and those were some of the best weekend trips of my life. Would take the student bus down which was a HELL of a deal. $40 included your bus ticket and any student tickets you would use. Then you split a hotel room cost with 3 others.

I will unfortunately not be going this year. Trying to save up some money, but I plan on continuing the tradition again next year. Even though I've left pissed off every year except one...

Started going in 2007. Been every year except last year and 2014 (undefeated season). I knew I would be back in St. Louis for the NCAA tournament so decided not to go to Arch Madness.

I will not be going this year. Figure we win half the time I do not go! So I think 8 total years I went. I am 32 years old for reference.

I am 1 for 5. Not a bad hitting average for a pitcher or a guy looking to score at Margarita's on Friday night. Making the finals would make Saturday night and Sunday much better. Winning the finals, would go a long way to mitigating the persistent hangover I will have by Friday afternoon.

I've been 8 or 9 times in total. The annoying thing about the year we won it was that two weekends later we were back at Scott Trade for the NCAA tournament and that ended up continuing the streak of yearly terrible drives home. Also, its too bad they got rid of the student bus trip to St. Louis, it was nice having that my freshman year.
