WSU Versus Loyola Predictions and Pregame Discussions

Shaq had 3 in our first game against the Ramblers - and this is a team he should dominate. I expect his line to include 14+ points, 10 boards, 3 blocks this time around with plenty of help from the supporting cast.
Loyola has lost 3 straight, but reasonably tough at home. Should be a high scoring affair - Shocks 88, Ramblers 77.

The Shox know a loss the rest of the way eliminates any at-large possibilities and likely a 4th straight Valley title. Sure maybe that's a little pressure, but they need to come out with the mindset that they're gonna kick asses and take names. No more putty-footing around. Act like you wanna be in the NCAA Tournament. Play MFing Angry.
The high school gym will be awkward for the new guys at first, but the 30% of Shocker fans in attendance will help them remember what they're playing for and secure the third-to-last road game win (and entry into the Top 25).
WSU 78
LOLoyola 67Deuces Valley.
... No really, deuces.

I think this is by far the toughest test we have left in conference regular season. Doyle was tough last time and it felt like Ingram couldn't miss anything the last go around. The last few times we've played this team, there hasn't been that usual feel that this is another valley foe waiting to be steamrolled, especially in St Louis last year. The Ramblers are tough and tired of losing to us, and the law of averages eventually catches up to you, but not this game. Despite our 2nd half lapse the last game, we're getting better.
This one goes to the wire with somebody coming through big at the end
