    Are you freaking KIDDING me?

I watched the game. There was nothing egregious when I saw it. Kentucky couldn't keep a lead and then couldn't guard a guy with 2 seconds left in the game. And that's on Higgins?

I actually hate Kentucky more than Flagship U. And I never thought that'd be possible.
The sad part is that 99% of them on Rafters are actually condoning it, and are ok with it...

Edit: Oh, and did you know he has cost them 4 tournament wins in the Cal Era alone??? :dejection:

Another Edit: They also think this will keep him from calling one of their games....EVER... and this will draw light to how badly the NCAA needs to monitor their refs... :highly_amused:

It's pretty weird that 99% of UK fans are inbred psychopaths but Louisville fans are fine.

I think Higgins is one of the best refs we see. Now I don't think that was always the case. In the early Marshall days I don't think that we got the benefit of the calls from Higgins but as we became better and a national name we got a bit of the KU treatment.

I've never seen anything like that, and I hope I never do again. Ignore the fact that Higgy is THE best official we see, BY FAR. This group of psychopaths continues to pile on, AND thinks it is justified!

I mean, you can almost give them a pass the first time, like running off the bench for a fight, you're just reacting, but this is no longer reacting...it's mob mentality. It's SO what's wrong with this country right now.

If I was John (and damn, I wish I was) I'd never work a UK game, but he's just good enough to do it anyway, and that's fantastic.

Personally, I'd LOVE a "John Hig-gins" clap clap clapclapclap chant the next time he graces Devlin Court. Nobody deserves to be treated like that, ever.

Any fanbase whose most prominent member is Ashley Judd stands a good chance of being, shall we say, deplorable.

Back in the days of the old Yahoo chat rooms, the UK fans were, as a group, the most racist people particpating. That was towards the end of the Tubby Smith tenure, and the reoccurring saying amongst the UK fans was "lynch Tubby".

"I'd love to know who put Higgins' unlisted home number out there for Kentucky fans. Really sad someone would do this."

And that should surprise no one considering their roots are Adolph Rupp, perhaps the biggest racist ever associated with college basketball.

An NCAA referee has met with law enforcement regarding death threats he has received from Kentucky fans following the Wildcats' loss to North Carolina in the Elite Eight.

Feel pretty bad for him. The Kentucky fans need to put down their meth pipes and back off. Way too over the top at this point. It is getting to the point criminal proceedings need to be invoked.

Just amazes me .. This is the same fanbase that was up in arms because someone told a player to "get in the weight room" ...

This situation transcends college basketball. It's time to prosecute some people in as public a way as possible and make examples of them. Otherwise, we can start expecting more of this from other fanbases when their team loses in the tournament.
