    So a second place tie it is....congrats out to Capnkirk (he had some sort of crystal ball mojo working this season). Cool for him, and it was definitely fun to play the Shocker Showdown MVC pick 'em contest this season.

    Thank you Shocker1976 for putting this contest together and keep track of all the games and points. I'm going to bow out of the postseason part of the contest, so that opens a spot for another pick 'em contestant. The contest is definitely fun, and it's a great way to keep track of all the MVC teams and hoops action throughout the season. Already looking forward to next season's regular season pick 'em contest and my rematch with the Capn. Enjoy the rest of the season and good luck to all the other pick 'em contestants....YES! :)

        Thanks to Shocker1976 for running the contest for 18 grueling pickems.
        Marge: The plant called and said that if you don't come in tomorrow, don't bother coming in Monday.

          @Shocker1976: I believe you miscounted my round 18 point totals and I am turning myself in.

          I picked

          WSU 4
          EU 1
          BU 1
          LOY 1
          UNI 3

          This would give me 6 points instead of the 9 that were counted.
          Its a good landing if you can walk away, its a great landing if the plane can be reused the next day.

                  Let the other guys in but I would reward @WheatShock a spot in the playfoffs for his integrity alone. Call it an Adminsitrator's Exemption.
