It's too bad Loyola couldn't get the win. The sad truth is they really probably aren't a top 100 team, so for me to wish for them to get there for our RPI's sake is just wishful thinking. They look close to breaking in, but I think I pretty well know they won't pull it off with any staying power. I'd rather just forget about Loyola and get back to rooting for the right Valley teams like SIU, Bradley, UNI and even Mo State to start growing and building something.
As always...the Shockers just need to practically win out and control their destiny. Current RPI is about 69, so we are starting to sniff the respectable range in that metric.

WSU puts 10,000 butts in seats. MSU appeared to have 10,000 seats without butts in them.
Their basketball attendance looks like it's dropping below their football attendance, and that would be bad. Very, very bad.The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.
We like to cut down nets and get sized for championship rings.

Called away on an emergency and completely miss Barry sweeping the Bears. Missed the meltdown and apathy on their board, too. Come back and find out the Bears beat Loyola. They just sit there, clinging to mediocrity. Not good enough to beat the coach that they thought they were too good for, but good enough to screw up the Valley RPI.....
Must beat painful to be a Missouri State fan. There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, and everything else is cream cheese.
