any good watering holes in Ft Collins? Or will heading back to Denver be my better option?

We've been to and like CB & Potts (W of campus), Coopersmith's and Crown Pub (downtown). Several good craft breweries including New Belgium, Odell and Fort Collins Brewery. Nicer places to eat include Bisetti's (downtown), Austins (on Harmony). If you are spending the night in Ft. Collins, no need to go Denver IMO.

Lucille's was great for breakfast/brunch.

O'Dells was a really nice brewery with some good choices. Pateros Creek Brewing has a nice low-key taproom as I recall. I didn't visit New Belgium.

I didn't get out a ton while I was there - but I did enjoy those three places.

As much as our team was a bit of an unknown before the season, they really are an unknown. Only significant returning contributor is Pat Birt. Corey Henderson and Junior Etou led the team in scoring against Jacksonville State, who they really should beat by more than what they did. Tulsa's talent will likely be a step below LBSU's, but I don't think we'll shoot as well as we did on Sunday and we need to limit turnovers better.

Shockers by 15-20. We create early separation but they make it closer at the end than it really is.

Student here and a part of marshallville, and I agree with what most of you are saying. Attendance so far for students has been atrocious. We're trying as hard as we can to get students to the games. We shouldn't have to be giving out free stuff to lure these cheap a$$ college students to the games, but that's what its come down to. What's also annoying is when you look in the student section, there are people as old as my grandparents sitting in the first 10 rows, which shouldn't be allowed. If any of y'all have any suggestions, let me know.

As for the game, I wanna see Conner and Austin combine for 30 points. Go Shox

Yes, there's a problem with corporate seats. But they paid a lot more than $1400 for those seats, so at least the financial support is there.

Right now, there are 136 tickets available on Stubhub, 74 of them below $30. Last game I couldn't sell two tickets at row 27 mid-court for $20 each. I guess the is the effect of Ron/Fred/Evan being gone.

I agree with you, last year. This year shocker maniacs is actually trying to work with us, and so far it's been pretty good, so I doubt we will kill them off, and that's not our intent. It'll be nice to have Shocker Maniacs working with us, so I guess we'll see what happens.

Just from reading posts on FB about last Sunday's events, it sounds like there are some students that have been going to games for several years that are pretty disgusted with the "Maniacs"
