This was indeed the case. I received email from StubHub saying tickets were prematurely listed as expired. I go to look and my uni tickets were in the expired bucket. Now I'm trying to figure out how to get them back to active listing status.

I went through the same thing with them last night. Your best bet is to call them and tell them the situation and ask them to help you out. They said mine have been "expired" since the end of October. They offered me a $75 credit on a future purchase. FYI if you don't get offered you might try to get some type of compensation.

I called and they helped me reactivate the tickets. It was pretty easy once I called.
