Wisconsin being ranked #7 in th AP poll, but not getting a top 4 seed is not a good sign for us... They weren't chosen for a top seed because they lack quality wins. Sounds familiar... I feel we will be looking at a 10-12 seed if we get in.

Yes, but Butler was ranked #22 and was placed as a 4 seed. Today, they're not even smelling that.

That is what I got out of the committee reveal today. Gonzaga and Wisconsin both discounted. Not a good sign for us.
I personally don't like our chances either with the lack of quality wins. However, our cache is there and we will benefit from that. If there's any "eye test" evaluating going on, I also think we'll benefit.
And more than anything, they have to pick 36 at-large teams. There's a lot of crap on the bubble this year. That will also be a benefactor for us.
I prefer we leave no doubt and just win the whole mother******* thing.
Deuces Valley.
... No really, deuces.

All of this is accurate. But just looking at all the teams, as long as there aren't massive upsets in tourneys, I think WSU is solidly in right now. Sure, if San Francisco, Wake Forest, Iowa, Vanderbilt, Stanford and St. Johns all win their conference tourneys (or if WSU loses unexpectedly) then the Shocks are in big trouble, but they are solidly in right now. IMHO.
I was shocked when we got a 7 seed two years ago. I was shocked when our name popped up for the play-in game. I will not be shocked if our name doesn't get called this year. It doesn't take me 3 times to see a trend.
